Edan Razinovsky
Edan has been in the health innovation field for 15 years, during which time he has brought two companies to commercialization. Previously, Edan was involved in Phase I trials in human studies at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Edan is an experienced executive focused on bringing innovation to the healthcare system and improving clinical outcomes for patients while reducing the total cost of care.

Dr. Igal Bar Ilan, PhD
Igal Bar-Ilan, Ph.D. is an analytical chemist and he holds a MSc. degree in analytical and inorganic chemistry, as well as a BSc. in chemistry. Since 2015, Dr. Igal Bar-Ilan currently serves as the Head of Analytical Chemistry and Special Projects Department at Bioforum.
He has served as the project manager for the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Health, Private Companies, Startup Companies, Water Authority, and at the Academy Institute.

Dr. Yaron Lapidot MD, PhD
Dr. Lapidot MD PhD has more than 20 years of experience in technology innovation and management in biotechnology and healthcare industries, and has sponsored initiatives encompassing research and development, operations, and life cycle management. Yaron holds an MD from Soroka Medical Center and a PhD in molecular biology from the Hebrew University and a Post Doc in Genetics from UCSF.

Bringing two decades of experience in leading clinical trials and operational management in various therapeutic areas in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry.
Prior to joining to Respiration scan, Irit was at Gamida Cell (an innovative cell therapy that successfully completed Phase III in 2020) as a clinical leader.

Gil has over a decade of experience in medical device R&D. Trained as a biomedical engineer, he specializes in machine learning and predictive algorithms focusing on AI for medical
diagnostics. His experience spans optics and image processing, neuromodulation, nano technology, and medical chemistry.

Dr. Yamit Naor, PhD
Yamit holds a Ph.D. in Organic chemistry, MSc. in physical chemistry, Post-doctorate in science education at Weizmann Institute of Science and
BSc. in chemistry at Hebrew University.
In recent years, Yamit has led various innovative projects for analytical method development for molecules detection, most recently in the Israeli Ministry of Health.

Dr. Joseph L. Nates, MD, Anesthesiologist, Critical Care Physician, and Medical Director has been in practice for more than 20 years and is currently working at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Nates is the author of more than 200 medical papers and book chapters and recently published the first Oncologic Critical Care textbook for Spanish-speaking countries.
